This policy applies to the School and all Courses, including the Foundation program, and the COME ON DOC festival-related activities.

  • Enroll in a course or access the Production Vault.
  • Submit a film for a fee waiver via the COME ON DOC festival.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or film analysis updates.

Note: Students may visit the School anonymously, but refusal to provide identification may prevent enrollment or access to specific course materials.

FRAMEONE.DOC uses Student information for the following purposes:

  • To Improve Service: Your information helps us respond to your technical requests and support needs more effectively.
  • To Personalize Experience: We analyze aggregate data to understand how Students interact with the Foundation curriculum to improve our methodology.
  • To Manage Transactions: We use the email address provided during enrollment to send updates, access links to the Production Vault, and festival fee waiver codes.
  • To Send Periodic Emails: If you opt-in, we will send you cinematic analysis, school updates, and news regarding the COME ON DOC festival.

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not enroll. Your continued enrollment following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
