The Foundation
My work in cinema began with a Master’s degree in Documentary Filmmaking. This academic grounding established a lifelong focus on the ethics of the lens and the structural integrity of non-fiction storytelling. Today, my mission is to provide a platform for voices that prioritize substance over noise and authenticity over artifice.
The Ecosystem
The journey from theory to a global community followed a clear path:
- The Media Channel: A space dedicated to analyzing the mechanics of the genre and connecting with creators who value the documentary form.
- COME ON DOC Festival: Now in its 3rd year, this festival is a launchpad for debutants. It is where we find and celebrate the voices of tomorrow.
- The School: FRAMEONE.DOC transforms years of festival curation and technical analysis into a structured, professional path for those ready to find their own directorial voice.

FRAMEONE.DOC and the COME ON DOC festival are powered by a dedicated team of curators, editors, and directors who live and breathe cinema. We specialize in identifying raw talent at its earliest stages.
This same group of experts has distilled their industry knowledge into the Foundation curriculum. We have built the technical frameworks, the legal blueprints, and the structural roadmaps that our students use to meet industry standards. We provide the professional infrastructure; you provide the vision.
